Key Responsibilities:
* Maximize the value of CRM within our organization.
* Assist business teams in understanding the ecosystem or elaborate their requirements.
* Assess value & prioritize them into stories, epics and then focus on those with the highest value that are aligned with our product and project strategy.
* Drive deployment, development of CRM related systems, tools and processes.
* Guarantee user adoption via training, communication and documentation.
* Generate insights for our business users through dashboards and reports.
* Collaborate with the business in testing and validation of new features.
Competencies and skills:
* Hold a master's or bachelor's degree or have relevant work experience in sales related area.
* Fluent English language skills are essential. Good French language skills are desirable.
* Always looking for new ideas to create innovative and better ways to make our organization successful.
