About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Process Engineer to lead strategic transformation initiatives within a major insurance organization.
This role combines end-to-end project management, business transformation, process optimization, and change management. You will be responsible for driving complex transformation projects from design through delivery while ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Shape & Design phase of transformation initiatives, ensuring proper scoping and planning.
* Translate business objectives into structured EPICs and project roadmaps in collaboration with architects and delivery teams.
* Own and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
* Manage project scope, planning, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, governance, and reporting.
* Coordinate with architects and technical teams to ensure alignment with target solutions.
* Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support and coordinate change management activities to facilitate business adoption.
* Define and monitor project KPIs, business cases, and project deliverables.
* Ensure successful project execution and delivery according to agreed objectives.
* Contribute to process engineering and continuous improvement initiatives when required.
* Organize project closure activities and ensure proper handover to business stakeholders.
Required Experience
* Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
* Minimum 4 years of Process Engineering or Process Improvement experience.
* Proven experience within the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
* Strong background in business transformation and organizational change.
* Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
* Excellent communication and governance skills.
* Demonstrated experience with risk management, roadmap planning, dependency management, and project reporting.
Preferred Profile
* Experience leading transformation programs in regulated environments.
* Strong understanding of process modelling and optimization methodologies.
* Experience driving change initiatives across business and IT teams.
* Ability to operate autonomously and take full ownership of project outcomes.
