About the Role
As our Brand & Innovation Manager, you’ll define our global brand architecture and lead the development of differentiated value propositions and go-to-market strategies for new innovations. You’ll be the bridge between marketing, product development, sales, and external partners—ensuring alignment and excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop customer-segmented value propositions and ensure consistent brand messaging across regions
Lead strategic pricing and promotional frameworks based on market data and customer insights
Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new innovations and product launches
Oversee brand architecture and central marketing planning
Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence to identify unmet needs and emerging trends
Provide pricing guidance and tools to regional teams
Ensure compliance with the Innovation to Value (I2V) process
What You’ll Bring
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Innovation, or related field
8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, brand development, or go-to-market planning
Proven success in international B2B marketing—experience in agriculture is a plus
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Arabic) are a strong asset
