Job Description
We're seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to join our in-house team of AI specialists. As part of this role, you'll design and implement advanced machine learning models that drive data-driven solutions for clients across various industries.
Your expertise will be instrumental in uncovering actionable insights, developing robust models, and collaborating with Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Data Strategists to deliver tailored end-to-end solutions.
Additionally, you'll have opportunities to mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and stay up-to-date with industry developments through internal initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A deep passion for Machine Learning and a Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline
* Strong foundation in software design principles
* Minimum 2 years of experience in machine learning and big data
* Expertise in machine learning and deep learning, with both theoretical and practical grasp
* Proficiency in Python & SQL; knowledge of R is an advantage
* Experience with deploying machine learning models and familiarity with MLOps practices
* At least one experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and a solid understanding of cloud engineering and its use in Machine Learning
* Experience with ML versioning tooling
* Enthusiasm for working with large datasets and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
* Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients
* Fluency in English and Dutch
