As District Sales Manager, you will lead business growth across Belgium, Denmark, and the Netherlands, driving adoption of a breakthrough non - invasive cardiac diagnostic platform. This role combines strategic business development with hands - on account management - identifying new opportunities, deepening relationships with clinicians, and ensuring the successful integration of advanced cardiovascular technologies into hospital pathways.
This is a home - based role requiring regular travel (60 - 80%) across your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
* Prospect, engage, and close new business across hospitals and private healthcare systems.
* Drive product adoption and utilization across cardiology, radiology, and primary care networks.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders.
* Collaborate cross - functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Market Access, and Clinical Support.
* Organize educational workshops, symposiums, and training sessions to support clinical engagement.
* Collect and share customer feedback to inform product development and market strategy.
* Deliver accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM records.
Skills & Experience
* Proven record of success in medical device or healthcare sales, ideally within cardiology, cardiovascular diagnostics, or radiology.
* Experience launching and expanding innovative medical technologies within healthcare systems.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence at all organizational levels.
* Excellent relationship - building abilities with clinicians and executive stakeholders.
* Highly motivated, results - driven, and organized, with strong problem - solving capability.
* Degree in Science, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
* 7 - 10+ years’ relevant sales experience.
* Proficiency with CRM systems.
