This role is located in Dilbeek, and got hybrid flexibility.
Responsibilities
Win Deals & Drive GrowthYou play a key role in expanding our Benelux business. From closing your own deals to supporting our Key Account Managers, you help push the team toward ambitious targets. You naturally spot new leads, cross‐sell opportunities, and future projects.
Deliver Outstanding Customer ExcellenceYou provide quick responses, listen actively, and take ownership of every situation. When a challenge lands on your plate, you tackle it head-on, ensuring customers always feel supported and understood.
Bridge Tech & SalesYou act as the first-line technical sparring partner for our customers, able to answer basic technical questions and understand applications. For more complex matters, you collaborate with our expert Engineering & Application Support teams.
What you BringYou have a sharp commercial mindset and a real passion for technologyYou bring enthusiasm, team spirit, and contribute positively to the work atmosphereYou communicate clearly and confidently — with customers and colleaguesYou are fluent in Dutch and comfortable in English (French is a great plus!)You're eager to learn and growExperience in Industrial Automation is a strong asset, but not required — we provide full training
