We are looking for a Lead Product Manager (Marketing) to help shape the future of customer experience at a major commercial player undergoing a digital transformation.In this role, you will guide one or more cross-functional product squads, each with their own Product Owners (of which you will be the n+1). You willl define strategic priorities, coordinate key initiatives and ensure timely delivery of impactful digital products.You will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, operations and leadership. Your responsibilities:Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on marketing input, business value and user insightsDirectly lead and coach 1-3 Product Managers within your squadCollaborate with Marketing Managers, Business Directors and Commercial Analysts.
