1. Tender Detection and Analysis
2. Bid Preparation
3. Proposal Writing and Structuring
4. Key Sales Team Support
5. End-to-End Bid Process Management
6. Follow-up and Performance Analysis
About You
* A Master's degree (Business School, Engineering, or University) or equivalent experience.
* Ideally, 3 years of relevant experience in bid management or related activities (e.g., purchasing, pricing, legal, or sales).
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Attention to details and assertiveness.
* Ideally, knowledge of IT and document management environments.
* Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively.
* Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
