Maintenance Engineer (Utilities & Reliability) We are looking for a driven and analytical Maintenance Engineer to strengthen our operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our utility installations and maintenance processes. Key Responsibilities Analyse maintenance and failure data (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify improvement opportunities Develop and optimize maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and RCM) Ensure continuity and quality of maintenance processes Identify and implement performance improvements for utility systems Define and manage critical spare parts lists Support Root Cause Analyses (RCA) following equipment breakdowns Act as owner and executor of Management of Change (MOC) processes Serve as the technical point of contact for installation modifications and renewals Contribute to tender processes and supplier selection for maintenance services Document technical standards and continuously improve work processes Collaborate closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Energy Technology, or equivalent Proven experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment Strong knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers) Experience with RCM, RCA, and performance management methodologies Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented Strong communication and collaboration skills Language Requirements Fluent in Dutch (working language on-site) Good command of English (reporting and international communication) Nice to Have Experience with SAP PM
