Responsibilities:
* Take overall responsibility for the execution of construction projects.
* Assess building conditions to provide accurate cost estimations for required works.
* Identify potential risks and challenges before project initiation.
* Coordinate technical and mechanical assessments with specialists (e.g., electrical, HVAC).
* Utilize internal tools for measurements, 360° photography, and 3D scans of client spaces (training provided).
* Prepare construction sites by managing access control, safety measures, working hours, and parking arrangements.
* Oversee day-to-day site activities: conduct site visits, prepare progress reports, and address contractor inquiries.
* Provide technical support to clients after project delivery.
* Review and validate contractor invoices, ensuring alignment with on-site progress.
* Monitor project costs and flag deviations in time to prevent budget overruns.
* Track and adjust project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders to avoid delays.
* Evaluate and process change requests, ensuring feasibility, cost control, and proper documentation.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on site.
Your profile:
* Proven experience in managing construction sites with broad knowledge of interior works, building materials, and processes.
* Flexible attitude with the willingness to start early when required.
* Fluent in English and Dutch or French (additional languages are a plus, not a requirement).
* Holder of a valid driver’s license (Category B).
* Strong asset: experience in commercial interior projects, particularly office fit-outs.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Quick learner, comfortable adopting new tools and technologies.
