As Office Assistant you will be responsible for:
1. Office management (order office furniture, catering, facility...)
2. Administrative support (emails, calls, mail, follow-up of invoicing, presentations...)
3. Coordination of meeting rooms
4. Organisation of internal events/meetings
5. Point of contact for external stakeholders
6. You have an excellent level in French and Dutch
7. You have at least a first experience in administration
8. You have a bachelor in office management or equivalent by experience
9. You are proactive, organised and positive-minded
10. You can handle confidential information and you are reliable
