Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This role involves managing an Office Assistant, coordinating with suppliers and service providers, organizing events and staff meetings, and ensuring compliance with local administrative and legal requirements.


About You

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or senior administrative roles, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong people skills, with the ability to lead, support and motivate a junior colleague.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written) with fluency in French or Dutch (mandatory).
* Confident using Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms like Teams or SharePoint.


The Role

* Manage and support the Office Assistant, helping them grow while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
* Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Organize internal events, staff meetings, and team-building activities to maintain a positive and engaging office culture.
* Ensure internal procedures are up to date and assist with onboarding new team members.
* Liaise regularly with global headquarters and ensure compliance with local administrative and legal requirements.
