Service Delivery Manager – Brussels (Belgium)
Auriga is strengthening its Belgian office with the addition of a Service Delivery Manager to support and manage the services offered to our partners, covering monetics and services for banks.
Working closely with the Head of Operations, the Service Delivery Manager will play a key role in supporting our customers, partner banks and suppliers based in Belgium.
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the delivery of a range of services to our partners and end users, ensuring that they are managed in an effective, efficient and cost-effective way, in full compliance with customer constraints and commitments. They must ensure maximum customer satisfaction, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Collaborate with project teams to develop quality and user-friendly solutions for customers
* Support the delivery of SW releases in collaboration with our internal IT partners
* Coordinate and monitor the testing of Software releases with a focus on technical and functional impacts
* Provide ongoing reports on test results and follow-up on necessary corrections
* Interact directly with hardware vendors for technical software updates
* Monitor and follow up on key performance indicators (KPI) agreed upon with the customer and our partners
* Manage incidents, work with internal and external parties to find solutions and maintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
* High-level of customer focus with strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to understand and analyze customer needs, translating them into technical and IT solutions and evaluating their impacts and results
* Experience in incident management, implementation of corrective actions and management of expected service levels
* Fluent in English, knowledge of Italian and/or Dutch are desired
* Experience with ATMs, ATM hardware and ATM applications, IT systems and infrastructure in general is a plus
