Senior Marketing & Communications Strategist Cluster Retail IndividualsFunction description
* You monitor the latest trends & evolutions on the market at level of Marketing & Communications (evolutions in client needs & expectations, technical evolutions, changes in the competitive landscape, ...) and analyze their impact and linked opportunities for our Retail Individuals approach. You support & feed the squads with these strategic insights.
* Together with the Cluster Lead you are responsible for the development and implementation of the Marketing & Communications strategy for the cluster Retail Individuals & Daily banking/ Lending/ Protect Pri; including the definition & follow-up of clear objectives and KPIs for the cluster.
* You closely work together with the other Marketing & Communications strategists to contribute to the creation & implementation of the global marketing & communication strategy for the bank; ensuring that the different cluster strategies seamlessly connect.
* You are able to identify new strategic marketing & communications opportunities that could help the bank to reach the defined long-term objectives
* You monitor the realization of the cluster strategy, and report on it towards senior management. You adjust your strategy when necessary.
* You turn high-level opportunities into concrete/ mature projects.
* You contribute to the development of a multi-year and annual Marketing & Communications segment & cluster plan, while ensuring follow-up and realization of objectives & key results.
* You communicate the strategy & plan to the different stakeholders (Strategy team, Sales, Tribes, ...) in a compelling way and ensure alignment on strategic priorities for the cluster across all involved stakeholders.
* You inspire employees throughout the bank regarding Marketing & Communications.
* You represent Marketing & Communications in strategic projects of the segment.
Language requirements
* Duch + French + English: Strong written and spoken communication skills (Mandatory).
Education
* Master degree in Strategy/ Marketing / Communications
Certification Travel Required experience / knowledge
* At least years of relevant experience
