Main navigation* EN# Solution Architect CRM# Solution Architect CRMProvince BrusselsRegion BrusselsPermanent Contract1 open positionSolution Architect CRMProvince BrusselsBrusselsPermanent Contract5+ years of experience1 open positionWe are looking for an experienced **CRM Solution Architect** to design and evolve scalable, secure and high-performing CRM solutions that enable a seamless, data-driven customer experience across all channels.You will translate business and customer requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring architectural consistency, integration quality and alignment with our digital strategy.**Key Responsibilities*** Design scalable, secure and maintainable **CRM solution architectures** aligned with enterprise and digital objectives.* Define and govern integration patterns between CRM and core systems (ERP, billing, logistics, digital channels, data platforms).* Ensure customer data consistency, integrity and GDPR compliance across systems.* Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams throughout analysis, design and implementation phases.* Review solution designs to ensure performance, resilience, scalability and long-term maintainability.* Facilitate architecture reviews and design workshops with business, digital, customer care and IT stakeholders.* Support incident resolution, performance optimisation and continuous improvement of CRM capabilities.* Promote modern architecture principles such as API-first design, microservices and cloud-native practices.**Experience*** 10+ years in solution architecture, system design or enterprise application development.* 3–5 years in a lead or solution architect role.* Proven experience delivering enterprise CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CX or similar).**Technical Skills*** Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).* Experience with API-driven integration, event-driven architecture or service-oriented design.* Solid understanding of customer data models, integration architecture and enterprise system landscapes.**Soft Skills*** Strong communicator able to bridge business and IT.* Structured, analytical and solution-oriented thinker.* Collaborative mindset with a clear customer focus.* Competitive monthly salary* Meal vouchers* Hospitalization-, group- and disability insurances* Phone subscription and company car* 20 statutory leave days and 7 additional extralegal days* End-of-year and performance-based bonus* Benefits from more than 100 bpost partners #LI-BP6This is how we make sure that you are happy to come to work with us every day:An interesting packageWith a fair salary, of course.
