To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a Senior Developer – Technical Analyst & Tech Lead. In this role, you will combine hands-on development with technical analysis and potentially take on a coaching or leadership role within the team. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to translate functional needs into secure, scalable, and future-proof solutions tailored to the healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform technical analysis of existing and new IT applications
* Translate functional business requirements into technical designs and solutions
* Design, develop, maintain, and enhance software applications and IT tools
* Integrate new software into existing application ecosystems
* Develop and maintain C# services and API integrations
* Support and/or lead technical migrations (applications, domains, infrastructure)
* Contribute to application performance, security, and scalability improvements
* Actively participate in shaping a future-oriented IT architecture
* Provide technical leadership and coaching to team members (when applicable)
* Collaborate within project environments and contribute to project delivery
