Description
We currently have a vacancy for an User Documentation & Training Expert fluent in English, to offer his/her services remotely within the European Union. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your tasks:
1. Producing/maintaining training material (wiki pages, collaborative site pages, etc.) as well as writing IS online help;
2. Configuring and testing the system for the training scenarios to be used;
3. Organizing and giving training/coaching sessions (users and support services);
4. Provide guidance using social networks;
5. Support users in the review process of the documentation;
6. Follow-up tickets;
7. QA review of training material and ensure that it meets the training scope defined;
8. Review videos and audio recordings;
9. Create and maintain standards and processes;
10. Publish material while adhering to publication and privacy standards.
Requirements
11. University degree combined with 15 years of working experience in IT;
12. A minimum of 3 years of work experience in online education or training, preferably in designing and implementing professional education products;
13. Excellent knowledge of instructional design theories methodologies and best practices;
14. Very good knowledge of building training material and coaching experience;
15. Proficient understanding of instructional design theories methodologies and best practices, including interactive online teaching methods;
16. Proven ability to collaborate on a shared project plan and meet deadlines;
17. Capability to write clear and structured documents;
18. Ability to participate in technical meetings;
19. Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Jira would be an asset;
20. Excellent command of the English language.
