Job Description
Deviation management
* Manage and complete QC and manufacturing deviation investigations
* Conduct structured root cause analyses using appropriate quality tools
Interview QC personnel and finalise investigation reports
CAPA implementation
* Define and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
* Ensure timely CAPA closure together with all stakeholders
* Monitor and report investigation and CAPA metrics
Process improvement
* Identify opportunities to optimise QC and manufacturing processes
* Support and drive improvements through the change management system
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across departments
Operational support
* Respond quickly to urgent operational and cross-functional requests
* Perform all activities in compliance with cGMP, quality systems and safety requirements
* Complete required training to remain qualified for the role
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field with minimum 4 years relevant GMP experience
* Hands-on experience with aseptic processing in ISO 5 cleanrooms
* Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA/EU regulations and Good Tissue Practices
* Organised, proactive communicator who can work independently and interact confidently with inspectors
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, evenings and occasional unplanned overtime
* Fluent in Dutch and English
