I am looking for a Senior Project Manager to join my client based in Liège.

Overview
The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of cross‐functional projects, ensuring strong governance, clear communication, and end‐to‐end coordination across business and technical teams. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and comfortable navigating complex environments while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
* Lead projects from initial scoping through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross‐team coordination.
* Build, maintain, and prioritise the project backlog in close collaboration with stakeholders.
* Oversee delivery progress, prepare reporting, and ensure all milestones are met.
Business & Technical Alignment
* Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject‐matter experts.
* Contribute to the drafting of functional and business requirements, including specifications and documentation.
* Support preparation and execution of UAT phases, including test plans, coordination, validation, and issue follow‐up.
Process Improvement & Governance
* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across project methodologies and processes.
* Implement and structure test automation approaches where appropriate, including opportunities related to AI‐driven tooling.
* Ensure documentation is well‐structured, centralised, and accessible through collaborative platforms such as SharePoint or Confluence.
Team Collaboration & Ways of Working
* Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives).
* Support a positive, collaborative team culture focused on transparency and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing projects in an Agile environment (Project Manager, TPO, or Senior Business Analyst profile).
* Strong understanding of Finance and/or Data‐related contexts is a plus.
* Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong analytical mindset and a solution‐driven approach.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‐management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in dynamic and complex environments.
Technical Skills
* Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as:
* Jira
* Confluence
* SharePoint
* Microsoft Office suite
Languages
* French and English required.
* Dutch is an advantage.
