As a Mid-Senior Talent Manager, you will take ownership of recruitment activities while supporting and guiding junior team members: Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.Support and coach Junior Talent Managers in their daily activities, ensuring recruitment goals are achieved.Act as a key point of contact for candidates, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and feedback.Ensure the right match between candidates and current open positions, considering both technical skills and cultural fit.Contribute to internal HR initiatives and projects that strengthen employee engagement and organizational growth.Actively represent Taleo within local and international networks, building strong relationships with consultants and clients. Required profile. Who You Are We are looking for an ambitious and motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, international setting: You have 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within consulting or a fast-paced environment.You have experience in coaching or guiding junior recruiters and are eager to develop your leadership skills further.Experience in the Financial Services and/or Life Sciences consulting sector is a strong plus.You are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a strong asset.You are proactive, curious, and results-driven, with a strong “can-do” attitude.You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively within a team.You are eager to grow with us and contribute to Taleo’s success story.
