Lead and manage a large operational team of approximately 150 professionals across a multi-team structure.
Provide direct leadership to Duty Managers, ensuring clear objectives and performance follow-up.
Identify organizational tensions and implement targeted improvement actions to strengthen team collaboration.
Act as a trusted advisor to management and key stakeholders on operational safety and emergency matters.
Manage relations with social partners and internal stakeholders to ensure a stable working environment.
Evaluate team structures and performance to optimize efficiency and engagement levels.
Guide ongoing working groups and operational initiatives within the emergency services department.
You bring 8+ years of senior leadership experience within an operational environment such as
safety ,
emergency services, or
industrial operations .
You have significant experience managing large teams of over 100 professionals in complex organizational structures. xphnsxz
You possess 5+ years of experience in
stakeholder management, specifically involving
social partners
and
unions .
You're resilient, pragmatic, and able to communicate diplomatically even in sensitive or high-pressure contexts.
You are fluent in
Dutch
with a good professional level of
English
and
French .
