Analyze official corporate documents (statutes, power of attorney, delegations of power). /lilistrongAccount Management: /strong Oversee the opening and closing of current accounts, and keep client profiles up to date (signatures, company data). /lilistrongReporting Support: /strong Prepare and submit regulatory reports (NBB/BNB, FSMA, SOA) and coordinate with internal departments (ICT, Compliance, AMCO). /lilistrongSystem Control: /strong Check and match client profiles and system access levels in the HBS platform. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongThe Ideal Profile: /strong /pullistrongEducation: /strong Minimum a Bachelor’s degree. /lilistrongKnowledge: /strong Good understanding of corporate law and legal jurisprudence. /lilistrongLanguages: /strong High proficiency in strongEnglish and Italian /strong is mandatory. A good working knowledge of strongFrench /strong is required. /lilistrongSoft Skills: /strong Conscientious, mature, highly precise, and well-organized.
