WhatYou’llDo
1. Collaborate closely with senior leaders to support organizational changesand strengthen leadership capabilities.
2. Act as a supportive coach and mentor, promoting a culture of growth, inclusivity, and associate advocacy.
3. Partner on HR initiatives and programs that align with business priorities while caring for people’s experience.
4. Guidesuccession planning and talent management, helping individuals grow and thrive.
5. Encourage engagement initiatives and contribute to creating a high-performing, welcoming culture.
6. Listen, analyze trends, and partner with HR colleagues to design solutions that truly make a difference.
7. Serve as a collaborative thought partner on global initiatives to help the business evolve strategically.

WhatWe’reLooking For
9. Bachelor’s degreerequired;Master’sdegree is a plus.
10. 8+ years of experience in HR business partnering or client-facing HR leadership roles.
11. Experience thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
12. Proventrack recordof coaching, mentoring, and supporting leaders and teams to grow.
13. Experience enabling organizational design and guiding teams through change with confidence and care.
14. Collaborative, influential, and skilled at building strong relationships across levels.
15. Ability toanticipateneeds, think strategically, and make thoughtful, data-informed decisions.
16. Integrity, transparency, and leading by example with kindness and accountability.
17. Adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn in a changing environment.
18. Passion for nurturing inclusive, high-performing teams and creating meaningful impact for people andbusinessalike.

19. If you are based in Belgium:Fluency inEnglish and Dutchisrequired.Proficiencyin French is a strong asset.
20. If you are based in Luxembourg or Romania:Fluency inEnglishisrequired.ProficiencyinFrenchisa strong assetand knowledge of Dutch would be considered a unique advantage.
21. Labor LawExpertise:Strong knowledge oflocal labor lawrelevant to your location (specifically Belgian labor law andexperience withworks council for candidates in Belgium; Romanian or Luxembourgish labor law for those in respective locations).
