Your role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead and strengthen our People function. This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, ensuring that core HR processes run smoothly while partnering closely with leadership to support the company’s growth and culture.
The HR Manager will lead the HR team, ensuring high standards of execution across HR in alignment with business priorities and the continuous advancement of automation and process efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership Partnership
* Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and organizational growth.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related topics including organizational design, performance, and employee engagement.
* Translate business priorities into effective people strategies and HR programs.
* Serve as the primary HR partner for Direction, providing timely guidance and support on critical people-related matters and organizational decisions.
* Maintain a high level of responsiveness and reliability in supporting leadership needs, ensuring HR remains a trusted and accessible partner in key situations when required.
Automation & Process Optimization
* Drive the adoption of automation and process optimization within the HR function to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness.
* Identify opportunities to automate HR workflows, reporting, and operational processes, reducing manual work and increasing accuracy.
* Partner with other departments to support the implementation of automation initiatives across the organization, helping teams streamline processes and adopt efficient solutions.
* Monitor and follow up on OKRs related to automation, efficiency, and process improvement, ensuring progress and alignment with company priorities.
HR Team Leadership
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals across HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
* Ensure clear priorities, effective collaboration, and high performance across the HR function.
* Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
People Operations & Talent
* Oversee the execution of core HR operations including employee lifecycle management, policies, compliance, and HR processes, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
* Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in HR systems and processes while continuously improving internal workflows to enhance both employee experience and business effectiveness.
* Coordinate and ensure the accurate management of HR-related payroll inputs (such as employee changes, leave, and other relevant incidents), working closely with the Finance team to support an efficient and reliable payroll process.
* Oversee the execution of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and growth plans.
* Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring process.
* Monitor recruitment metrics and operational performance indicators, driving continuous improvement in hiring practices and HR service delivery.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a strategic HR leadership role with operational responsibility for at least 6 years. Experience in the Hospitality industry is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, and people management.
* Experience leading and developing HR teams.
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
* Adaptability, proactive problem-solving and ownership
* High level of ownership and responsiveness when supporting leadership.
* Advanced Spanish and English level is required.
