IT Project Manager – Financial ERP (Hybrid – Charleroi)
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the technical delivery of a major Financial ERP transformation program within a large enterprise environment.
The role focuses on coordinating technical teams, ERP integrations, data migration activities, and ensuring alignment between IT and finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the technical implementation of the ERP program
* Coordinate internal development teams, system integrators, and software vendors
* Manage interfaces, system integrations, and related technical developments
* Supervise data migration, technical testing, and integration activities
* Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and technical quality requirements
* Act as the bridge between IT teams, functional project managers, and finance departments
* Identify and resolve technical dependencies, risks, and project blockers
* Support knowledge transfer from integrators/vendors to internal IT teams
* Ensure long-term operational autonomy after production go-live
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 10 years of experience in technical ERP project management
* Strong experience with major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
* Solid understanding of enterprise system architectures and integrations
* Experience with:
o ERP deployments and digital transformation programs
o Business requirements analysis
o Financial and accounting processes
o Business Intelligence tools linked to ERP environments
o Large organizational environments
* Mainframe experience is considered an advantage
* Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams simultaneously

* French: Native or bilingual proficiency
* English: Limited working proficiency
