Title: Category Manager

Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for assigned patient supply spend categories
* Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, to improve quality, ensure supply continuity, and deliver cost savings
* Manage and optimize the supplier base, fostering strategic partnerships aligned with business objectives
* Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier assessments to inform sourcing decisions
* Lead commercial negotiations and develop robust commercial models and master agreements
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies and transition plans
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, GxP, ethical, and sustainability requirements
* Embed risk management and supply resilience measures into sourcing strategies and contracts
* Provide market insights and innovative solutions to support business growth and patient supply continuity
Main Requirements
* Proven experience in category management and strategic sourcing within a regulated, patient supply or life sciences environment
* Strong understanding of patient supply drivers, GxP requirements, and regulatory frameworks
* Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute category strategies aligned to business objectives
* Expertise in commercial negotiations, contract management, and master agreement development
* Ability to manage supplier relationships and drive long-term value, innovation, and supply resilience
* Strong analytical, market intelligence, and risk management capabilities
* Effective project management, prioritization, and change management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and global teams
