You’ll be the first point of contact for end customers and delivery partners, handling inquiries related to deliveries, transport, complaints, and customer account issues.
Your mission? Deliver solutions that balance customer satisfaction with operational efficiency — while representing the company with professionalism and empathy.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Resolve complaints via phone, email, and social media
* Follow up on parcels and coordinate with delivery partners
* Verify customer information to ensure smooth processing
* Propose practical and timely solutions to issues
* Act as a brand ambassador and safeguard the company’s reputation
* Contribute to reporting on overall customer satisfaction
✅ What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of relevant customer service experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong multitasking and organisational abilities
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
* Fluent French & Dutch required (additional languages are a plus)
