Senior Supply Planner – EMEA This is a highly visible role within the EMEA supply chain organization, working cross-functionally with commercial, customer service, manufacturing, and global planning teams to drive service excellence and operational performance.

Proven experience in Supply Planning, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning
Strong understanding of inventory management and supply optimisation principles
Experience working with ERP and planning tools (Oracle, Kinaxis preferred)
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable plans
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous
Supply Planning & Inventory Management
Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, service level targets, and inventory strategies
Ensure optimal stock positioning across EMEA to balance availability, working capital, and obsolescence risks
Collaborate with global supply network teams to secure supply and resolve constraints
Short-Term Supply Execution (S&OE)
Proactively manage short-term (0–3 months) supply risks, including shortages and excess stock
Lead allocation decisions across EMEA markets during constrained supply scenarios
Escalate risks and drive mitigation plans with global planning, manufacturing, and procurement teams
Monitor supply performance and ensure accurate availability communication to stakeholders
Integrated Business Planning (S&OP)
Contribute to monthly S&OP processes with a strong focus on supply feasibility and risk assessment
Translate demand insights into actionable supply and inventory plans
Identify gaps between demand and supply and propose resolution scenarios
Data & Systems Management
Maintain accurate planning data within ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g. Analyse supply performance, inventory metrics, and service levels to drive continuous improvement
Develop reporting and dashboards to support supply decision-making
Act as a key point of contact for EMEA commercial and customer service teams on product availability
Build strong relationships across planning, logistics, and commercial functions
Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving planning processes and supply chain efficiency
