For the site in Neder-Over-Heembeek, Loxam is looking for a driven Branch Manager. As Branch Manager: You are responsible for the P&L management of the branch. You coach, support, and lead your team, strive for the best possible results, set priorities, and ensure procedures are followed. You manage and grow your client portfolio, build a professional network, and deliver excellent customer service. You manage a large, high-quality, and modern equipment fleet and ensure on-site safety. You handle financial and administrative management. You work closely with internal stakeholders at Loxam. You report to the Regional Manager. You hold a bachelor's degree and have experience in a similar managerial position. You are a strong people manager who can motivate and inspire your team. You have an affinity with Loxam's technical services. You are administratively and organizationally strong, combining a helicopter view with a hands-on mentality. You speak fluent Dutch and French.
