Location: Based in Belgium, with remote work flexibility.

At Semactic, we are in a phase of rapid acceleration and are looking for a passionate SEO Customer Success Lead to help us take a new key step in this growth. You will play a crucial role in our expansion, both in Belgium and internationally, while developing your skills. If you enjoy combining SEO and team/project management, this opportunity is for you!

* Languages: French, with a very good level of English required.

Your mission:

As a SEO Customer Success Lead, you will be at the heart of our strategy, leading a team of talented SEO Customer Success Managers. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients' satisfaction while helping them achieve significant SEO results through our innovative platform.

We are looking for someone with:

* Significant experience as a Team Leader and/or Account Manager
* 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SEO
* A strong business acumen
* Excellent project management and communication skills
* A passion for digital and SEO, with a keen interest in industry trends
* Fluency in French or Dutch, and a very good level of English
* An innovative mindset and a strong results orientation
* Familiarity with digital tools and the ability to adapt quickly
* A Master's degree in Management, Marketing, or Communications, or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of Semactic and the desire to join our adventure!

Your responsibilities include:

- Organize and develop the Customer Success Management (CSM) team, including training and recruitment of consultants.

- Collaborate closely with the co-founders to refine our service offerings and platform.

- Ensure the successful execution of projects within the CSM team, including client onboarding and project monitoring.

- Organize and conduct onboarding and follow-up calls with clients to understand their specific objectives.

- Monitor clients' SEO progress and proactively advise CSMs on how to guide clients.

- Monitor the use of the Semactic platform and client satisfaction.

- Listen to Customer Success Managers and support them in their projects.

- Conduct continuous monitoring of the SEO sector to identify trends and opportunities.

- Manage the commercial follow-up of our existing clients (renewals, upsells, etc.), in collaboration with the CSMs.

- Be the voice of our customers and provide regular feedback to the Marketing and Product team.
