Our client Daikin is looking for a Legal Counsel to strengthen its legal department in Brussels (Anderlecht), currently made up of 3 people.
The legal department is responsible for providing legal support for EMEA, monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and identifying internal and external risks that could negatively impact the business.
The Legal Counsel will report to the CLO Daikin Europe Group.
As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for:
* Drafting contracts (distribution, software, procurement, cooperation, confidentiality, etc.)
* Commercial litigation
* Other legal matters (data protection, company law, etc.)
Profile
* Belgian Master in Law
* At least 4 years of experience in commercial law, contract law, commercial litigation, and corporate law
* Excellent English skills
* Flexible and result-oriented team player
* Precise, punctual, and organized
* In-house experience
