We're looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer (Java + Angular) to support a major organisation in the telecommunications industry in Belgium.

* Duration: 12-month contract (with potential extension)
* Day Rate: €(Competitive & Negotiable)
* Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

Core Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (backend) and Angular (frontend).
* Work closely with product owners, solution architects, and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver robust, production-ready features.
* Build modular, secure, and scalable APIs and backend services to support high-traffic telecommunications systems.
* Develop intuitive, performant, and responsive frontend interfaces that enhance both customer and operational user experiences.
* Contribute to Agile ceremonies and support a DevOps-driven, continuous-delivery environment.
* Ensure code quality and reliability through rigorous testing, reviews, and best-practice engineering standards.
* Participate in architectural discussions and help drive technical decision-making across both ongoing enhancements and new greenfield projects.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer with Java (Spring preferred) and Angular (latest versions a plus).
* Solid understanding of software engineering best practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, microservices, and cloud-oriented architectures.
* Experience working in complex, enterprise-scale environments—telecommunications experience is highly valued.
* Ability to translate business and functional needs into clean, maintainable, and performant technical solutions.
* Comfortable working within Agile teams and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, ownership mentality, and an ability to thrive in fast-moving environments.
* Fluent in English; French or Dutch is an advantage.
