It accelerates the energy transition.What we are looking forDeep, hands-on knowledge of European energy markets: balancing markets, flexibility mechanisms, demand response, PPAs, imbalance settlement, capacity markets, or related domains. You know how the system actually works.Track record of driving commercial outcomes in complex B2B environments: technical buying committees, enterprise stakeholders.Ability to translate energy market complexity into compelling business cases: you can model flexibility value and present it to a board.Experience in commercial, trading, or technical roles at energy companies, aggregators, utilities, or large industrials.Strong communicator and credible counterpart for energy directors, asset managers, and procurement leads.Fluent in English.
