We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to strengthen our team based in Liège.
Job purpose:
As a Customer Service Agent, you act as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments (logistics, sales, legal, operations), ensuring accurate follow-up and a smooth, efficient customer experience from booking to final file processing.
Your responsibilities:
Process and follow up on booking requests received by email
Accurately enter data into the internal ERP system
Ensure comprehensive administrative follow-up of customer files
Coordinate with internal teams
Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
Handle complaints professionally
Prepare files in the event of a dispute and collaborate with the legal department
Escalate sensitive or urgent situations to the relevant departments
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, law, accounting or administration
Previous experience in customer service is an asset
Fluency in English and French
Comfortable with IT tools and data entry
Organized, methodical and solution-oriented
Ability to handle multiple requests at the same time while effectively prioritizing tasks
Team spirit and willingness to learn in a demanding environment
Working conditions:
Daytime hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday) – 38 hours/week
