About the role
Our client is looking to recruit a Product Development Manager who will report to the Marketing Director.
The Product Development Manager will join a Team of other Product Managers.
Responsibilities :
• Product management, from design to sale
• Market and product performance analysis
• Development of marketing tools (POS advertising, media, etc.)
• Development of visual communication media (media advertising, online banners, packaging, etc.) in collaboration with the internal graphics team
• Managing product projects in coordination with internal teams (R&D, Regulatory, Sales, Scientific, etc.)
• Working with the medical/pharmaceutical department to oversee product action plans to ensure alignment with the delegation teams.
About the ideal candidate
1. You have a degree in marketing, management or science and have experience in marketing or product management
2. You have already managed "new product development" projects
3. Understanding of commercial issues and ability to analyse sales figures
4. Creative flair and ability to transform a product strategy into concrete and impactful materials (visibility tools, etc.)
5. Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
6. You are independent, organised and proactive, and can manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining rigorous follow-up
7. Knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset for occasional communication with Dutch-speaking representatives in the field
8. Genuine interest in the healthcare sector
