Pricing Analyst – Continental

The Company
Continental is a global leader in the automotive industry, known for its innovation, performance, and commitment to safety. The Belgian entity operates with a strong local presence and is currently undergoing an exciting internal transformation. Within the Marketing Department, the Business Intelligence & Pricing team plays a central role in supporting strategic decisions and guiding commercial performance.
Following an internal promotion, Continental is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join this team and support its ongoing development.
The Role
As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing pricing strategies to support Continental's market position and profitability. Working closely with the Sales team and in coordination with the BI Analyst, you will monitor pricing performance, benchmark competitors, and provide insights that help shape commercial decisions.
This is a data-driven, business-oriented role with real impact across the organization.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and monitor pricing data (sell-in/sell-out) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Develop and maintain pricing dashboards and tools using Excel and Power BI.
* Conduct competitive price benchmarking and market research.
* Support the implementation and adaptation of local and group-wide pricing strategies.
* Prepare reports and deliver insights to both the Sales team and central Pricing team at HQ.
* Participate in monthly sales meetings and collaborate with multiple departments (Sales, Product Management, BI, HQ).
Your Profile
* A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
* Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and Power BI (or similar tools).
* A proactive attitude, with curiosity and a willingness to contribute ideas.
* Excellent communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional environments.
* A team player who is structured, reliable, and eager to learn.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
* First professional experience (internship or junior role) in pricing, finance, or data analysis is preferred.
* You are able to understand both French and Dutch. Fluency in one and strong comprehension of the other is necessary. English is used for tools, reporting, and communication with HQ.
