What You'll Do
* Provide outstanding customer support in French via phone, email, and chat
* Assist customers with professionalism and empathy
* Troubleshoot issues and guide users toward quick solutions
* Maintain service quality standards in a fast-paced environment
Your Schedule
* Monday to Sunday
* 07:0023:00 (rotative shifts)
* 2 rotative days off per week
* 24/7 shift schedule may be introduced at a later stage
