Technical Trainer
Your Role
As a Technical Trainer, you and your fellow trainers are responsible for providing theoretical and practical training on our window and door systems to our customers and employees. In this role, you are a true ambassador for the Reynaers Group.
Your Challenge
You are responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training sessions regarding our window and door systems to both customers and staff.
During these sessions, you will utilize machinery, potentially controlled via specialized software.
You guide the group throughout the training in an engaging and interactive manner.
Furthermore, you share responsibility for creating course materials for customers (including presentations, manuals, work preparation documents, etc.).
Your responsibilities also include developing digital learning content, such as videos, tutorials, and e-learnings.
Finally, you will conduct company tours and presentations.
Your Profile
You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Do you already have a few years of experience as a trainer? If so, we look forward to learning from your expertise
You are proficient in working with CNC machines and software.
You possess excellent communication and educational skills.
You are fluent in Dutch and English (knowledge of French is a plus).
You are highly proficient with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You are willing to make occasional short trips abroad.
You are a true team player who is only satisfied when the customer is satisfied.
Finally, you have a dynamic personality and a commercial mindset.
