As a KAM your responsibilities are:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in the retail and public sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Identify new business opportunities and work on strategies to expand market presence.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.
* Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and growth opportunities.
A successful KAM should have:
* Fluency in French, Dutch, and English, with excellent communication skills in all three languages.
* Proven experience in managing key accounts - coming from the logistics - transport - retail or e-commerce industry
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends.
* Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
