🧩 As an Office Manager your responsibilities are:

* Coordinating daily administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office operations.
* Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
* Supporting senior management with scheduling and correspondence.
* Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining meeting minutes.
* Handling confidential documents and ensuring data accuracy.
* Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees.
* Maintaining the office environment to ensure a professional workspace.




🎯 The ideal Office Manager should have:

* A bachelor's degree in Office Management or equivalent experience
* Minimum 2 to 3 years in a similar role
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset
* A hands-on mentality and a preference for working in a close-knit team
* Excellent MS office knowledge
* Excellent knowledge of Dutch, English and French
