Subcontractor & Supplier ManagementManage operational relationships with subcontractors and suppliersDefend the company's interests in negotiations.Claim billing for extra work and challenge partnersParticipate in partner evaluation and improvement.
Maintenance Contract ProfitabilityCollaborate with the Services Delivery Manager to improve accurate reportingMonitor the performance of maintenance contractsIdentify all out-of-SLA activities, ensuring billing of all non-contracted activities
Efficiency & Continuous ImprovementSeek efficiency gains in processes, tools, and workflows.Implement structured operational improvements.Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies.
Required experienceMaster of Science in Commercial/Business Engineering or IT/Telecom/ Electronic engineering, complemented by strong expertise in management/program/project Management and leadership> 10 years proven experience in project profitability management. - Knowledge of project delivery processes. - Understanding of financial aspects. - Customer communication.Experience in a project based environment (ICT/telecom/UC environments).Experience working with the public sector - tender management.People management skills - Talent Organizations skills.Process oriented Thinking.Supportive Leadership mindset.Result oriented, ...Fluent in Dutch, French & English
