The Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading sourcing activities across the Group, with the objective of securing competitive commercial terms, ensuring supply continuity, and supporting operational requirements. The role focuses on supplier sourcing, tender management, commercial negotiations, and contract award recommendations, while working closely with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs. The Sourcing Manager supports procurement excellence by driving transparency, competition, and value creation across the sourcing process.
Responsibilities
* Lead sourcing activities for key services and goods across the Group
* Run RFIs, RFPs and RFQs in line with business requirements
* Identify qualified suppliers and create competitive sourcing processes
* Analyze commercial proposals and support supplier selection
* Conduct negotiations to secure the best commercial and contractual terms
* Support the implementation of sourcing strategies aligned with operational and financial objectives
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and market opportunities
* Contribute to category planning and supplier sourcing roadmaps
* Ensure sourcing decisions balance cost, quality, service, and operational constraints
* Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers
* Support contract negotiations and supplier onboarding processes
* Ensure proper handover of awarded suppliers and commercial terms to the relevant internal teams
* Monitor supplier market developments and identify alternative sourcing opportunities
* Ensure sourcing activities are conducted in line with internal procurement policies and governance
* Maintain transparency and proper documentation throughout the sourcing process
* Support mitigation of supply risk through market analysis and supplier assessment
* Ensure commercial and contractual recommendations are properly documented and approved
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, economics, logistics, or related field
* 5 years of experience as Sourcing Manager, procurement.
* Strong experience in tender management, supplier negotiations, and commercial evaluation
* Good understanding of contract structures and procurement processes
* Strong analytical and commercial skills
* Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously and work with cross‑functional stakeholders
* Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to manage commercial communication, negotiations, and contract drafting in English
