As our new Instructional Designer, you’ll be part of the Training Services team which, in turn, fits into the bigger picture of the Learning Services team
Your profile
We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

2. A degree in educational sciences, pedagogy or a related field.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in Instructional design, curriculum development or a related role where you collaborated with multiple parties and alignment was key.
4. Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories and adult learning principles.
5. Creative thinking and problem solving-abilities.
6. Strong project management skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
9. A strong affinity for IT as most of the trainings in our offer are quite technical.
10. Have the ability to acquire technical and supply chain knowledge in a rather limited timeframe. This is a requirement to lead the entire process as well as have detailed discussions about the content.
11. A team player who is also able to work accurately and autonomously.
Bonus points if you have:
12. Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline) and learning management systems.
13. Expert level knowledge of PowerPoint.
