Job Responsibilities
* Develop, launch, and continuously refine a Sales Playbook tailored to the South America dental market.
* Define and execute strategic sales plans to drive YoY revenue growth across key South America regions.
* Independently drive business development especially in the initial phase.
* Build, scale, and manage a strong distributor network across South America, including on boarding, enablement, and performance management.
* Identify, appoint, and grow new distributors, channel partners, and strategic alliances to expand market reach.
* Drive new customer acquisition while strengthening long-term relationships with existing accounts.
* Identify new market opportunities, emerging regions, and untapped sales channels within South America.
* Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, KPIs, and revenue accountability.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align South America go-to-market strategies.
* Lead pricing strategy, distributor agreements, commercial negotiations, and key account management.
Success Metrics
* Consistent YoY revenue growth in the South America market.
* Successful expansion and performance of high-quality distributor partnerships.
* Increased market penetration across priority South America countries.
* Improved deal conversion rates, average order value, and sales velocity.

Education & Experience
* Require BDS / MDS
* 8–15+ years of progressive sales experience (minimum 3+ years in senior leadership roles)
* Proven track record of building and scaling distributor networks in South America.
* Strong understanding of the South America dental / healthcare products ecosystem.
* Experience launching or expanding brands across multiple South America geographies.
* Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, SAP CRM, HubSpot).
