* Analyze and document logistics processes such as warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
* Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT systems (e.g. WMS, TMS, ERP).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
* Support the configuration and testing of logistics software solutions.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions with end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
* Monitor system performance and provide first-line support for functional issues.
* Maintain clear documentation of requirements, workflows, and system configurations.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree
* Min 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst
* Experience with process modeling tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
