**Assistant de direction/Assistante de direction Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant de direction/Assistante de direction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various tasks related to the operations of the business.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Organize documents and reports for Management Meetings,
* Follow up on internal projects: Monitor and manage action plans,
* Leasing Car Management: Oversee the management of car leasing contracts,
* Internal Communication and Events: Manage internal communications and organize internal events (meetings, seminars, etc.),
* Visitor Reception: Greet and manage visitors,
* Catering Management: Coordinate catering for internal and external events,
* Hotel Reservations: Handle hotel bookings for business trips,
* Ad Hoc Requests: Provide support for ad hoc requests from colleagues and external visitors.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position,
* Fluency in English,
* Excellent proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),
* Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines,
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities,
* Discretion and confidentiality,
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various hierarchical levels.
