Your Responsibilities
* Advise clients, understand business processes and translate them into SAP BRIM solutions
* Lead projects with strong client exposure and manage integrations
* Collaborate with business process owners, architects, and stakeholders to develop To-Be processes, write functional specs, and configuration documents
* Manage a high-performing team, drive scope, and ensure quality of deliverables
* Participate in support activities such as incident management, Q&A, service requests, training, and problem resolution
* Represent Capgemini as Team Lead or Subject Matter Expert for clients
Your Profile
* At least 5 years of relevant SAP experience, including 3-5 years in SAP BRIM and at least one full end-to-end BRIM implementation
* Deep expertise in BRIM modules such as Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Mediation, Subscription Order Management, and Contract Accounting
* Knowledge of project management methodologies; BRIM certification is a plus
* Fluent in Dutch or French and English
* Soft skills: team-oriented, flexible, self-organized, strong analytical and conceptual skills, service-oriented attitude
