PR & Communications Intern
The PR Intern will support the smooth execution of the global PR and communications strategy. This role is responsible for the daily organization of the showroom, facilitating the movement of samples for editorial requests, and providing essential logistical support for brand events and community activations to ensure high-quality brand exposure.
This position is based in Camper HQ, Mallorca, Spain.
Responsibilities
Showroom & Sample Support
* Maintain the HQ Showroom and stockroom, ensuring the space is impeccably organized, visually on-brand, and fully prepared for media appointments.
* Assist in the global sample lifecycle, managing the daily packing, shipping, and return of editorial loans for stylists, editors, and KOLs.
* Manage the courier service efficiently, coordinating shipments and pickups (DHL/local) to ensure no key editorial opportunities are missed.
* Support the seasonal collection cycle, helping to revise received samples with the product department and ensuring the warehouse communication area is organized.
* Maintain contact with the affiliate team to monitor the correct delivery and tracking of sample sets for digital partners.
Community Executions
* Execute gifting and seeding logistics, preparing and delivering curated gifts to key profiles and "Friends of the House" following the seasonal strategy.
* Support the PR network, providing assistance to regional teams (Spain, France, Italy, UK, Germany, US, etc.) with their specific product and shipping needs throughout the season.
* Assist in travel and hospitality logistics for press and stakeholders during key events and seasonal shows.
Media Coordination & PR Tools
* Handle image and lookbook credit requests from editors and stylists to ensure accurate brand representation in publications.
* Maintain the digital press room and archives, ensuring all media assets are organized and all clippings (print, digital, social) are tracked for reporting.
* Support the preparation of PR tools, including the assembly of communication guides, digital press kits, and seasonal lookbooks.
* Update the global database, ensuring that contact information for Press, VIPs, and industry stakeholders is current and comprehensive.
* Administrative & Reporting Support, assisting in the compilation of seasonal KPI reports, monitoring coverage, and keeping track of PR invoices on internal platforms.
