Job description
* Install configure and maintain automated analysers at customer sites
* Perform functional checks IQ OQ and basic calibration activities
* Run samples and quality controls on newly installed or upgraded instruments
* Support method and instrument validation through test runs and documentation
* Troubleshoot issues related to sample processing workflows or assay performance
* Guide laboratory teams during go live and answer first line user questions
* Train users in daily operations routine maintenance and good practice
* Collaborate closely with field service engineers application specialists and service coordination
* Share field insights to improve processes documentation and customer experience
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Technology or a closely related field
* 0 to 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or similar technical environment
* Strong interest in instrumentation automation and troubleshooting
* Customer oriented and comfortable working on site rather than only at the bench
* Accurate structured and confident in following and documenting procedures
* Fluent in Dutch with good command of English
* Driving licence B and willingness to travel within the Mechelen region and across Flanders
