Your responsibilities
1. Evaluate leads and opportunities in the Benelux segment.
2. Collaborate with the tender team to create project proposals and quotations.
3. Negotiate and sign commercial and legal agreements with clients.
4. Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly; manage marketing, communications, and promotion.
5. Implement Hitachi Energy's strategy in the Benelux region.
6. Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
7. Coordinate and report to local management and segment leaders.
8. Live Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions while caring for colleagues and the business.
Your background
1. Hold a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with an affinity for the high voltage sector.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the segment is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of IT tools.
4. Analytical, customer-oriented, proactive, and commercial skills.
5. Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken); French is optional.
